Missão do CargopO Customer Success da Stark Marketing é o guardião da experiência do cliente. É a pessoa que garante que clínicas e cirurgiões plásticos tenham resultado consistente, atuando de forma tática, conectando operações com estratégia e reduzindo churn. Aqui, o foco vai muito além de atendimento: trata-se de construir parcerias de longo prazo, acompanhar métricas de performance e orientar o cliente para alcançar seus objetivos de marketing e vendas. O CS é responsável por acompanhar a jornada do cliente após a assinatura do contrato, garantindo a entrega de resultados prometidos, monitorando indicadores e atuando proativamente para prevenir cancelamentos.
