Senior People & Culture Business Partner

ppWe’re looking for a Senior People Culture Business Partner to join our People team In this role, you will advise and support managers and leadership across our customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Support) and our support functions (Finance, Legal) on the full range of people matters. You’ll work closely with managers to build an environment where employees are engaged, feel empowered, and perform at their best. /ph3What will you do as Senior People Culture Business Partner? /h3pYour role will be to advise, coach, and support (first-time and experienced) managers in their leadership role, with a strong focus on team engagement, performance, and people development. Key focus areas include managing complex employment matters end to end (including cases under Dutch employment law), and partnering with managers to identify current and future people needs within their teams and translating these into concrete proposals. /ppThrough using HR data and metrics, you’ll identify trends, signals, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement, with employee engagement and team performance as key indicators. /ppYou’ll lead company-wide HR projects from objective-setting and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and embedding.
