It's the most varied population in the company working students running shift rosters next to deeply specialized senior engineers, and managers at very different stages of their leadership journey. That mix is exactly why this role needs presence more than years. You’ll coach first‑time managers on the basics one hour and challenge C‑level on a strategic call the next. This is an office‑first organization where face‑to‑face matters you’ll be on the floor in The Hague, listening to what’s actually going on, not partnering from a distance /li liBuild and lead People projects end to end, think redesigning the performance cycle, refreshing benefits, or building a development approach from scratch from first idea to something that sticks, while your HRBP work keeps running /li liHandle the real side of employee relations: complex cases, conduct issues, working with external counsel when needed.
