Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager , you are responsible for driving our commercial business with our most strategic clients (retailers or wholesalers) within the Netherlands . You are the primary contact person for your key accounts and act as a connecting link between the client and internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal .

With a strong commercial focus, you contribute to the growth of AB InBev in the Netherlands by building sustainable partnerships and realizing joint growth plans.

What are you going to do

Setting up and executing Joint Business Plans with clients, focused on long-term partnerships and joint value creation .

Increasing the market share of AB InBev products and achieving revenue and margin targets within on- or off- trade .

Negotiating (multi-year) contracts with key accounts and optimizing commercial conditions with a focus on sustainable growth.

Act as the primary contact person for (potential) headquarters and strategic decision-makers.

Analyzing commercial and market data to improve performance by channel, customer, and point of sale.

Identifying and assessing opportunities for expansion, new collaborations, and new points of sale.

Intensive collaboration with internal teams to successfully implement customer plans.

Who are you

You have a Master's degree or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of relevant Key Account Management work experience (within FMCG)

You speak fluent Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English .

Knowledge of and affinity with on- and/or off- trade channels.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Analytical, methodical, and structured in your way of working.

Result-oriented , proactive and entrepreneurial .

Team player who easily liaises with various stakeholders.

In possession of a B driving license.
