About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our team in the Netherlands. This role involves providing exceptional technical support and service for our range of AWP and material handling products. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and material handling equipment.
Respond to customer service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues in the field.
Complete paperwork related to servicing, repairs, and inventory management.
Provide suggestions for product improvements and report any design faults to management.
Assist in inventory management and maintain scheduled routines for equipment servicing.
Deliver training on equipment use and maintenance procedures to customers as needed.

Requirements

Experience as a service technician in the mechanical industry, preferably with aerial work platforms.
Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with equipment rental companies in the Netherlands is a plus.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
