The Role

We’re hiring a Media Buyer (B2B) to own and execute paid media for AmpiFire itself, primarily on Meta, with upside potential across LinkedIn and Google.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role.

You’ll work closely with our CS/Sales and leadership team to drive qualified inbound leads and sales.

That means you need to understand the nuance of selling to business owners and decision-makers, not just impulse-buying consumers.

You’ll sit at the intersection of performance data and creative strategy. You’ll have real input and will be expected to have opinions and back them up.

There are 3 primary lanes you’ll be responsible for driving leads and sales into, each with its own audience, offers, and strategies:

DFY: Done For You Agency
Our fastest growing department that’s doubled in size in 3 months and has less than 7% client churn.
DIY: Platform Access
We sell access to our content marketing platform for founders and teams who want to run their own organic growth.
Promotional & Adhoc Offers
Webinars, challenges, seasonal pushes, limited offers.

What You’ll Own

Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (primary), with potential expansion to LinkedIn and Google.
Develop and maintain a structured creative testing framework, following a disciplined, hypothesis-driven approach.
Own campaign reporting: provide clear communication on campaign performance.
Drive insights using the tools we use: Meta Ads Manager, AdManage.AI, and Hyros.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure ad creative and media strategy are aligned.
Monitor daily account health including pacing, budgets, CPL, and lead quality.
Proactively flag performance shifts and recommend actions.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for paid acquisition supported by performance data.

What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiables:

2+ years running Meta ad accounts, ideally in a B2B or high-consideration purchase environment.
Obsessive attention to detail.
Ability to show your work through examples of campaigns you’ve run.
Proactive and clear communication skills.
Modern media buying instincts and understanding of the ad account as a system.
Creative x media buying fluency.
A genuine understanding of B2B buyer psychology.

Strong Bonus

Experience running LinkedIn Ads.
Google Ads experience.
Previous work in SaaS, agency, or content marketing verticals.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Accounts audited and restructured if needed, with improvements seen by day 30.
A clear creative testing framework established by day 45.
Weekly performance reporting rhythm established.
Tangible improvements made against overall media buying systems by day 90.
