MAX STREICHER S.p.A. is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor in the oil and gas sector, specializing in pipelines and plants. Headquartered in Parma, we execute projects both in Italy and internationally.

We are looking for a Technical Systems Officer to support the digital development of our internal project management tools hosted on Microsoft Azure . The ideal candidate has experience in backend development, workflow automation, and real-time data management.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Database Support (Azure) – Manage and update data within the Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring information accuracy and reliability.

🔹 Code & Application Management – Use Visual Studio to handle basic code and configuration, supporting the development of internal tools.

🔹 Programming Assistance – Contribute to the creation or adjustment of simple code in Java or JSON for workflow automation and data exchange.

🔹 Data Integration & Reporting – Help organize, clean and visualize technical data from projects; support the automation of Excel-based reports.

🔹 Team Collaboration – Work alongside site and quality management teams to align digital tools with operational needs.

✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Portal and cloud environments.

✅ Familiarity with SQL and database structures.

✅ Understanding of Visual Studio interface.

✅ Basic coding skills in Java / JSON .

✅ Advanced use of Excel and interest in data-driven problem solving.

✅ Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

✅ Language Skills - fluency in English is a must, Italian is preferred.

✅ Availability for international mobility and willingness to work on a rotation basis (25:5) .

📍 This position is for our biorefinery construction project in Rotterdam, Netherlands .
