As an administrative specialist, you ensure that our logistics processes are administratively correct from start to finish. You maintain an overview, monitor progress and ensure that all documentation is correct and complete: you’re on it.

How you do this? You support the operation by administratively supervising and following up on transport and deliveries. You identify deviations, liaise with partners and ensure that files are complete, and correct. You achieve this by:

receiving and handling questions and complaints from customer service and partners about delays, damage and other issues;
monitoring the follow-up of transports and deliveries and checking the operational status with partners;
registering shipments with recipients and processing bookings in the system;
administratively processing orders and drawing up or checking shipping documents;
collecting and compiling all shipment-related documents.

You bring

a completed MBO education;
some work experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or transport;
strong communication skills and fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
proficiency in MS Office and automated systems.
