Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize advertising revenue.
Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop advertising solutions and custom content opportunities both proactively and in response to client RFPs.
Develop highly effective narratives and sales materials that highlight advertiser benefits and opportunities.
Become an expert in our games and capabilities to best package effective solutions around key cultural and high-impact advertiser moments.
Work with internal development teams and external production partners to proactively propose custom opportunities. For example: integrations, branded content, social content, experiential activations.
Vet custom opportunities through internal stakeholders for approval.
Manage the integration process, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in successfully selling/negotiating advertising deals within video games, entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results under stringent timelines.
Resourceful in seeking out information about Roblox marketing and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, adept at synthesizing and insights into compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of the creative process, from inception through production and execution
Track record of expanding content offerings across video games, TV, social, or digital.
High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, and entertainment
Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly and accurately.
