We are Flink — your online supermarket that is revolutionizing the way you shop for groceries. We offer a broad assortment of high-quality products and deliver them to your home within minutes. Our customers are always our top priority — we make sure every product we deliver is fresh.

Flink moves fast — and so do the people who thrive here. The culture is hands-on and no-nonsense: things get built, fixed, and improved in real time, not in meetings. There's a strong sense of ownership at every level, and our Hub leadership is expected to lead from the floor, not from the sidelines. It's a place where operational sharpness and people skills matter equally — because without a motivated team, the orders don't go out.

About the Shift Lead position:

From picking and packing to timely deliveries, you keep operations running smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. A salary between €2.553,60 and €2.742,40 gross, per 4 weeks (when working fulltime), development and career opportunities and a discount on your own Flink groceries!
