What you´ll do

Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Collect, organize, and interpret data to support process optimization.
Support the development and testing of process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
Document procedures, test results, and engineering changes.
Participate in troubleshooting production issues and proposing solutions.
Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What makes you a good fit

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest in manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, be able to produce clear, accurate written documents and conduct verbal communication.
