Account Executive - ERP Solutions

About the company

Our client is an established Microsoft ISV that builds Add-On solutions for Dynamics 365 F&SCM, helping manufacturing and supply chain businesses solve operational problems that standard ERP can't fully address. Their products are embedded deep in how customers actually run their operations — not bolted on as an afterthought. As they continue to grow across the Dutch market, they're looking for an Account Executive to join their commercial team.

The role

You'll own the full sales cycle for the company's Add-On products — from your own self-generated outbound activity through to negotiation and close — selling both directly to end-users and via the company's established Microsoft partner network. This is a genuine new-business hunting role: you'll be building pipeline from scratch, not managing an inherited book of accounts. Deals are complex and multi-stakeholder, typically spanning several months and involving operations, supply chain, and manufacturing decision-makers, so you'll need to be comfortable navigating longer, considered sales cycles rather than quick transactional wins.

What you'll do

• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, building relationships with manufacturing and supply chain buyers
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through to close
• Sell both directly to end-users and in partnership with the company's Microsoft partner ecosystem
• Represent the product on-site with customers as well as from the Amsterdam office

What we're looking for

• Looking for someone with up to 5 years (maximum) experience in a similar sales position
• Genuine manufacturing or supply chain knowledge — you understand the operational world your buyer lives in
• Any ERP experience (Dynamics 365 knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Fluent English and Dutch — you'll regularly be speaking with manufacturers on the shop floor, sometimes in Dutch
• A demonstrable track record of generating your own pipeline cold, rather than relying on inbound leads
• Comfort managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles rather than one-call closes
