ppJoin Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South (207 rooms) and voco The Hague (204 rooms) and lead the sales success of two standout hotels in the Netherlands. /p pThis is a strategic role where you’ll manage the proactive sales team, drive sales performance, grow key accounts, and inspire a high-performing team across Rooms, FB, and Meetings Events. /p pIf you’re a results-driven leader with strong market connections and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to connect with you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership Team Management /h3 ulliLead, coach, and develop the sales proactive team to achieve individual and collective targets /liliSet clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and support /liliInspire a high-performance culture by leading by example /liliEnsure strong collaboration between sales, marketing, revenue, and operations teams /li /ul h3Sales Strategy Execution /h3 ulliCo-create and implement the commercial and sales strategy with the Cluster Commercial Director and General Manager /liliDrive new business leads across rooms, Food and Beverage venues, and Meetings Events /liliIdentify opportunities across both hotels and all managed segments to optimize occupancy, average rates, and revenue /liliDevelop and execute targeted sales plans, promotions, and special programs /liliActively participate and complete the preparation of the annual Sales and Market Plan, quarterly updates, and the complexed hotels' annual Budgets. Execute initiatives as outlined; swiftly implement strategies/tactics to offset changes in markets, economy or driven by the competitive set.
