Derive regular reports including management and /li liEstablish and maintain efficient program reporting across involved departments /li liLead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program. /li /ul pbThis includes but is not limited to: /b /p ul liMarketing /li liDesign Engineering (Silicon and Software) /li liIP procurement / insourcing /li liOperations (Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Planning, …) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liElectrical or Electronic Engineering Degree or similar desired /li liPMI or Prince 2 (nice to have) /li liIndustry experience in the application of project management techniques /li li7 years+ experience of managing large, multi-disciplined global delivery teams /li li7 years+ experience of successfully program managing complex IC design projects for Automotive products. /li liShould include evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallel /li liProof of working with satellite teams in different locations/countries /li liProof of being able to work with 3rd parties and/or external contract resource companies /li /ul pbStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /b /p ul liExcellent customer and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to communicate effectively at all levels /li liGravitas, strength of opinion and effective influencing skills /li liStrong presentation skills to present concise program status /li /ul pbSignificant experience in semiconductor/engineering environment /b /p ul liExperience/awareness of the of IC design process including physical design /li liExperience/awareness of the of requirements for Automotive IC products /li liExperience/awareness of the of SW design process, especially embedded SW design /li liExperience of working with IC fabrication, assembly and test organizations /li liTechnical acumen with ability to manage technical issues within a return on investment or risk management /li liframework /li liStrong commercial awareness with previous experience of PL responsibility /li liLanguage skills – English is essential, Dutch and/or German desirable /li liProven success in achieving design-in to Tier 1 customers in Wireless Connectivity /li liPrevious experience in key account management or sales roles /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, bTo Make Our Lives Easier /b.
