Jouw rol in ons sales team
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en het closen van deals. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan het succes van Change AI.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten (B2B) en relaties uitbouwen
- Voeren van advies- en intakegesprekken
- Opstellen en closen van offertes
- Meedenken over het commerciële proces en bijdragen aan teamstrategieën
- Samenwerken met Customer Success om klanten optimaal te bedienen
- Signalen uit de markt vertalen naar kansen voor groei

- Bruto maandsalaris van €3.500 + 20% bonusregeling op gesloten deals
- Fulltime functie op één van onze locaties: Utrecht, Amsterdam of Rotterdam

Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in B2B sales, bij voorkeur in de customer service/ technologie branche
- Digitaal vaardig in rapportages, analyses en presentaties (Excel/Powerpoint)
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid
- Een echte teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels is een pre
