Product: Add-on solutions to Microsoft D365 (compliance quality sustainability finance etc.)
Size and functions of local team: 4-person global CSM team each managing 3M4M ARR 40100 accounts depending on tier and seniority
Enterprise CSM Full ownership of net revenue retention across a multi-product Microsoft ERP SaaS portfolio
Strategic stakeholder management across enterprise clients mainly in data manufacturing and compliance verticals
Owns and drives impact reviews joint success/account plans partner health initiatives
Needs to contribute to maturing and scaling CSM processes internally
Room to grow within strategic accounts and mentor junior CSMs
Proven success managing a mid-market or ideally enterpriseportfolio (aiming for 3M ARR or 40 enterprise accounts)
Full-cycle CSM: onboarding retention upsell with forecasting accuracy and NRR tracking
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage account health and commercial outcomes
Case presentation at Amsterdam office (23 slides) to CS team
# Final interview with HR and possibly Anju or senior leadership
