A fast-growing SaaS company specializing in digital onboarding solutions is shaping the future of employee experiences. Their platform helps organizations deliver engaging and personalized onboarding journeys, from preboarding to internal transitions, for employees worldwide.

As a Customer Success Manager , you will play a key role in driving client retention and commercial growth for enterprise accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with your clients to achieve their onboarding goals, while spotting upsell opportunities and supporting the continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Based in Amsterdam, you’ll work in an open and collaborative scale-up environment where customer experience, team spirit, and innovation are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

✔ Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients post-implementation
✔ Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategy sessions
✔ Drive retention and expansion through consultative relationship building
✔ Spot commercial opportunities and manage renewals
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams
✔ Gather client feedback to enhance platform and customer journey

What We’re Looking For

✔ 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing SaaS role
✔ Experience in HR-Tech is a plus
✔ Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
✔ Target-driven and commercially minded with a proactive attitude
✔ Skilled in building long-term client relationships and identifying growth potential
✔ Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
