pNetflix's Content Programming Strategy Operations (CPSO) team is looking for a Manager to join its EMEA team based in Amsterdam. CPSO develops strategic insights to further the company's global entertainment efforts. Senior management depends heavily on the CPSO team to accurately measure business performance and lead the strategic analysis used to inform important content decisions. Lees alle informatie over deze functie hieronder en klik dan op de sollicitatieknop.brResponsibilitiespA sample of work could include: /pulliActing as a thought partner to EMEA content leadership on programming priorities and investment decisions, pitching and developing ideas that shape how Netflix approaches programming across the region /liliSpearheading special projects and presenting strategic recommendations on key programming and licensing challenges to senior Netflix leadership /liliConsolidating perspectives from local CPSO leads across EMEA, translating input into a coherent pan-EMEA view that helps inform key decisions /liliBuilding frameworks to guide portfolio decisions across licensed titles, including territory prioritization, opportunity sizing, and programming analyses /liliSetting and driving the agenda for coordinating EMEA licensing efforts, aligning stakeholders on priorities, synthesizing regional context, and strengthening alignment with global licensing teams /liliPartnering with a broad set of cross-functional partners, including Content, Finance Strategy, Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, and global CPSO, cascading updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on EMEA content priorities /li /ulQualificationsulli5+ years of experience in a media, entertainment, or streaming company, management consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly demanding environment in a strategy, operations, or analytical role /liliDeep knowledge of the TV and film content landscape, with familiarity in content licensing, windowing strategies, or programming operations /liliProven ability to independently lead complex projects and present findings and recommendations to senior executives in a clear and compelling way /liliStrong xgiwjmb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis /liliDemonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and work effectively in a fast-changing, matrixed organization /liliAble to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail /liliDemonstrated intellectual curiosity; tracks industry trends, synthesizes competitive intelligence, and contributes informed perspectives to strategic discussions /liliPassion for entertainment and an avid consumer of content /liliExcellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets / Slides; familiarity with data tools such as Tableau, Airtable, or similar is a plus /li /ulbr
