The Agile Client Account Executive is a flexible, high‑impact role that rotates across teams and assignments based on business‑critical needs, including leave coverage and other priority gaps. This position offers broad exposure across Reddit Sales EMEA, creating a strong foundation for accelerated learning, development, and career growth. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide seamless sales support to ensure continuity and effectiveness in coverage, particularly during periods of leave or transition /li liManage and grow revenue from an assigned book of business, working with both agencies and direct advertisers /li liOwn a quarterly revenue quota and consistently deliver against targets /li liDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals /li liPartner closely with Account Managers to build long‑term, mutually beneficial client relationships /li liOperate as the owner of your book of business, taking full responsibility for strategic prioritization, forecasting, and operational rigor /li liLead client meetings end‑to‑end, from agenda setting through final presentation, with clear expectations, defined outcomes, and actionable next steps /li liServe as the primary point of contact for key client communications, including platform updates, product releases, and growth opportunities /li liProvide proactive, strategic, and consultative guidance that strengthens client performance and deepens partnerships /li liSupport agency development programs through education sessions, workshops, and other initiatives that increase understanding of Reddit’s value proposition and advertising solutions /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field /li li5+ years of sales experience, with strong preference for experience in digital media or advertising /li liFluent English required; German or French is a plus /li liProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth /li liStrong understanding of agency dynamics and experience managing agency relationships /li liAbility to win new business and grow existing client partnerships /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills /li liProficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools /li liDeep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging industry trends /li liExperience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or client education programs /li liStrong network within the agency landscape is a plus /li liPassion for Reddit and its communities /li /ul pbBenefits /b /p ul liGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support /li liFamily Planning Support /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
