At Turner Townsend we’re passionate about making the difference, transforming performance on the world’s most impactful programmes. /p pEvery day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a green, inclusive and productive world. /p pThis will be challenging but it’s our responsibility to make it happen together. /p h3Job Description /h3 pDue to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner Townsend's Cost Management division requires a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team on projects in the Benelux region. /p pWorking within a friendly, professional and highly successful team, the ideal candidate will beself-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally /li liResponsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. /li liEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan /li liTendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA recognized Degree Qualification /li li5+ years relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager ideally in a consultancy environment /li liSector experience across renewables, oil gas or infrastructure /li liHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently /li liExcellent command of written and spokenEnglishwith excellent report and bid writing skills /li liCandidates with the right to work in the Netherlands/ Europe are preferred. /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pAt Turner Townsend we want our people to succeed in both work and life, we promote a healthy, productive and flexible environment.
