We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on professional to join our client’s dynamic Growth Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll redefine how our client connects with customers across Europe, leveraging advanced automation, deep data insights, and rigorous experimentation to unlock unprecedented incremental business growth. Your expertise will directly shape the success of marketing initiatives, impacting millions of users and contributing significantly to the expansion of their innovative product ecosystem.

This is a 6-month opportunity for a registered freelancer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the comprehensive Paid Social strategy and execution across major platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Manage substantial, multi-market campaigns with significant media budgets.
• Develop sophisticated campaign structures and audience strategies to maximize efficiency and incremental growth.
• Leverage platform automation, AI-driven optimization, and Smartly.io capabilities to scale campaign performance.
• Design and implement robust testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and optimization events.
• Collaborate with Marketing Science teams to evaluate campaign performance using incrementality methodologies, moving beyond platform-reported attribution.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Stay at the forefront of Paid Social innovation, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Paid Social campaigns, ideally within a leading performance marketing agency, with client-side experience a plus.
• Expert-level experience with Smartly.io is required, demonstrating deep technical knowledge of campaign automation, Predictive Budget Allocation, Dynamic Creative, creative templates, feed-based advertising, reporting automation, workflow automation, and large-scale campaign deployment.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, Conversion API, catalog advertising, Dynamic Creative, attribution, and bidding strategies.
• Strong experience with TikTok Ads (must) and Reddit Ads (preferably).
• Proven experience managing multi-million-euro annual media budgets.
• Advanced understanding of marketing measurement, including Incrementality, Geo Experiments, Lift Studies, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and various attribution methodologies.
• Experience across multiple European markets.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working with global consumer brands or large eCommerce businesses.
• Knowledge of first-party data activation and Conversion APIs.
