You support clients on both the buy side and sell side to quickly form an opinion on the innovation capabilities and effectiveness of technology. In your daily work you: /p ul liidentify technology or innovation capabilities to support growing business needs (digital, platform, automation, AI and robotics, cloud adoption etc.) /li ligive insight into the quality and effectiveness of IT and its contribution to business objectives based on IT Due Diligence. You look into the key opportunities and investment risks for your client. /li liwork in Technology MA project teams on IT Due Diligence, Carve out, Integration and IT synergy or cost saving assessments /li licreate value and growth opportunities driven by IT and digital enabled performance improvements /li liwe will take you along and support you wherever possible in the team to make you part of the MA technology. You will make an impact by directly communicating and advising C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO, MA). /li /ul pThe MA Technology team is part of the Delivering Deal Value team (DDV) that supports corporate and private equity firms to identify, quantify and deliver full deal value. The combination of unrivalled industry experience and deal expertise in both the pre- and post-deal phase means that we know what to look for in the target business and how the issues can be addressed. You will work closely together with colleagues that focus on key services like: /p ul liAdvanced due diligence services (digital, cybersecurity, platform etc.) /li liCarve out and divestment support /li liMergers Acquisitions Integration /li liSynergy development and review /li liIT/ digital strategy and operating model design /li liOperational Restructuring and Rapid Value Creation /li /ul pbDoes this describe you? /b /p pWe are looking for talented professionals that have a strong background in IT and digital skills, ready for the next step in their career. /p ul liYou have at least 3 years of experience in the field of IT, either from an IT consulting firm, Big 4 firm, or relevant corporate IT strategy/transformation roles (i.e. CIO department) /li liYou have a University degree in computer science, information science, artificial intelligence or related discipline - demonstrating affinity towards emerging digital technologies and technology topics. /li liDeal and MA IT experience, be that due diligence, carve-out, integration or IT enabled performance improvements is a plus /li liYou are commercially minded and you have good social skills /li liYou can understand and help to deliver advice of board level quality /li liYou have excellent reporting skills, preferably in client facing roles /li liYou have excellent communication skills in the English language (written and spoken).
