To own customer‑facing technical success and drive bliquid‑cooling products /b from qualification to scale and lead design‑in, validation, on‑site support, and RMAs while bridging Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing. /pbrKey Responsibilitiesbrollibr/lilibProject leadership: /b Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross‑functional execution from design‑in to volume.br/lilibCustomer technical engagement: /b Capture requirements, discuss trade‑offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.br/lilibValidation quality: /b Define/execute test plans (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration); document results and close actions.br/lilibOn‑site technical support: /b Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities.br/lilibRMA management: /b First response, on‑site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions.br/lilibManufacturing/process interface: /b Solid understanding of liquid‑cooling manufacturing (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure/helium testing, flushing, packaging, traceability) and close collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure quality and yield.br/lilibMarket roadmap input: /b Synthesize customer needs and trends into product requirements and cost/quality targets.br/li /olbrQualificationsbrollibr/liliDegree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics, or similar background.br/liliMinimum 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data‑center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM, or related).br/liliHands‑on with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water‑glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods.br/liliStrong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing).br/liliProven project management experience to drive projects forward and hit dates.br/liliOn‑site technical support capability at customer/data‑center locations and RMA handling.br/liliAbility to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and be full of team spirit.br/liliAbility to discuss technical topics with customers, including design for manufacturing and cost improvements.br/liliAbility to design with AutoCad 3D, Pro/E, SolidWorks.br/liliStrong cross‑department communication. xgiwjmb br/liliFluent English and Chinese are required.br/li /olbr
