As a Customer Succes Manager at Arvato, you are responsible for managing and growing your customer portfolio within our Tech division. You work closely with international clients, operations, and support teams to improve performance, identify commercial opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. 

You’ll work in one of the most advanced supply chain environments in Europe, where automation, data, and continuous improvement are at the core of the operation. Within this multi-client environment, you combine stakeholder management, contract management, and commercial insight to help customers grow successfully.

YOUR ROLE 

As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding your portfolio of clients within the Tech division. You act as a strategic business partner to your customers and serve as the primary contact for commercial, financial, and project-related matters. This includes contract and revenue development, invoicing and month-end close activities, as well as coordinating change initiatives and implementation projects, such as system enhancements or new logistics processes. In this role, you act as the key liaison between the customer and internal departments, ensuring projects and changes are delivered successfully. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Managing and growing customer relationships within a complex contract logistics environment;  

• Analyzing and improving SLA performance, KPIs, and commercial results;  

• Leading MBRs/QBRs and translating data into concrete improvement actions;  

• Identifying commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract expansions, and service improvements;  

• Managing contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements.  

You’ll work closely with operations, customer support, and business support teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational performance. Within the cluster, you’ll work alongside an other Customer Success Managers and report directly to the Key Account Manager.

YOUR PROFILE 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who feels comfortable in a complex contract logistics environment and gets energized by customer relationships, commercial opportunities, and operational dynamics. 

You bring: 

• Bachelor working and thinking level, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or business;  

• Experience in a similar customer success management or contract management role within contract logistics;  

• Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses, and stakeholder management;  

• Strong communication skills in English;  

• Experience with SAP or similar systems;  

• A proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
