We are currently seeking a Senior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team. At the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center , we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character and skills, a true Banqueting Enthusiast!

In your role as Sentior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, where all aspects of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest levels:
  • Set-up and turn-down of meeting rooms
  • Set-up of Food & Beverage facilities
  • Preparing (electronic) equipments in the meeting room;
• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;
• Work as part of the Food & Beverage department;
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;
• Support the M&E Operations Manager where needed;
• Have an excellent eye for details.

Qualifications

- Experience in banquets;

- Supervisory skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style;
