Job Description

What’s in store for you as a Reservations Agent?

As the first friendly voice our guests and clients hear, you’ll be the heart of our reservation desk. You manage both individual and group bookings with care and precision — but that’s not all. Every reservation is a golden opportunity to boost business, and you know exactly how to unlock it by asking the right questions and listening closely.

You’ll actively inform guests about all the amazing options our hotel offers turning every call or email into a memorable “Feel Welcome” moment. Our motto is “Feel Challenged” and trust us, this role is packed with opportunities to learn, grow, and take initiative!

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

• You’re looking for a full-time role with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Hospitality runs through your veins; you’re genuinely service-oriented and love turning opportunities into wins.
• You’re a master communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English , and able to connect authentically with every guest.
• You have a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (bonus points if you know Opera!).
• You’re eager to learn and grow, with a proactive, positive mindset.
