DeltaQuad develops and manufactures advanced VTOL UAV systems that support defence, security and government organisations worldwide. Our platforms deliver reliable Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) capabilities in demanding operational environments.

As defence spending and capability development continue to accelerate across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager to lead our growth in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding DeltaQuad’s presence within the Dutch defence and security market and positioning the DeltaQuad Evo as the preferred tactical ISTAR UAV solution.

The role

As Country Manager Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing DeltaQuad’s commercial strategy in the Dutch market. You will drive business growth, build strategic relationships across the defence ecosystem and position DeltaQuad for long-term success.

Acting as DeltaQuad’s senior representative in the Netherlands, you will identify opportunities, secure strategic partnerships and support customers throughout complex procurement and acquisition processes. Working closely with international colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth in one of Europe’s most important defence markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute DeltaQuad’s growth strategy for the Netherlands.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defence, security and government sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement bodies and strategic partners.

• Lead complex sales processes, including tenders, RFIs and procurement programmes.

• Secure multi-year contracts and strategic partnerships.

• Position DeltaQuad Evo as the leading tactical VTOL UAV solution within the Dutch market.

• Represent DeltaQuad at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

• Maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting through HubSpot CRM.

• Deliver commercial targets, revenue growth and market expansion.

• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What success looks like

• Develop a deep understanding of defence procurement cycles and key stakeholders within the Dutch market.

• Identify and convert opportunities where DeltaQuad’s VTOL ISTAR capabilities address operational requirements.

• Build trusted relationships with defence organisations, procurement authorities and strategic partners.

• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, tenders and programmes.

• Establish DeltaQuad Evo as a recognised and trusted tactical UAV solution within the Netherlands.

• Contribute directly to DeltaQuad’s long-term commercial growth and market leadership.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of working and thinking, gained through education and/or relevant professional experience.

• Significant experience in a senior commercial, business development or leadership role within the defence, aerospace, security or high-technology sectors.

• Proven track record of securing complex contracts and delivering sustainable business growth.

• Strong understanding of defence procurement processes and stakeholder landscapes.

• Well-established network within the Dutch defence, security and government sectors.

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
