Marketing Operations Manager (interim and permanent)

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead a team of two Marketing Operations professionals and play a key role within the Marketing department. You will work closely with colleagues across several departments, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

By bringing structure, improving processes, and coordinating planning and operations, you create the foundation that allows our teams to collaborate effectively and deliver marketing initiatives.

Please note: we are looking to fill this role as quickly as possible. An interim professional may be engaged as an immediate solution, while we continue our search for the right permanent candidate to join the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Marketing Operations professionals;

• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of marketing collaborations, brand ambassador projects, and cross-functional initiatives;

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards;

• Develop and maintain the annual marketing programme planning together with the Marketing Director;

• Participate in the annual marketing budgeting process and monitor budgets throughout the year in collaboration with Finance;

• Develop and implement budgeting and reporting templates together with local Marketing teams and Finance;

• Coordinate strategic marketing projects, including integrated 360° campaigns and creative collaborations and brand ambassador program;

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between project teams and stakeholders by facilitating project meetings and monitoring progress;

• Oversee the operational processes within the Marketing department, including invoicing, purchase orders, administration, and other operational activities;

• Coordinate the production and delivery of Point of Sale (POS) materials together with the Marketing Operations Coordinator, including packaging, retail materials, and window displays;

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and further professionalize Marketing Operations.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of working and thinking;

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within FMCG, fashion, retail, or a similarly fast-paced environment;

• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities;

• You are available to work full-time;

• Experience coaching or leading a small team is an advantage;

• Strong planning, organizational, and budgeting skills;

• Communication and stakeholder management skills;

• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality;

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
