We’re partnering with a leading aviation leasing platform to appoint a Vice President to its portfolio and asset management function based in the Netherlands.
This is a high-impact, visible role within a lean and technical team, offering strong exposure to asset analysis, transaction support, and strategic decision-making.

The role:
• Lead asset valuations and maintenance exposure modelling for new and existing investments
• Work closely with deal teams across sales, trading, and pricing on live transactions
• Maintain and develop proprietary valuation and portfolio models
• Provide key input into investment decisions, deal approvals, and negotiations
• Contribute to market intelligence, portfolio strategy, and long-term planning
About you:
• Experience in aviation finance, leasing, asset management, pricing, or valuations
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
• Understanding of leasing structures and maintenance exposure dynamics
• Confident working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Interest in a technically focused, data-driven environment
