This is an on-site role in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product /liliCollaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize, design and implement new features /liliMaintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance /liliConduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks /li /ulh3Required qualifications /h3ulliProven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer /liliComprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side development (preferably Remix) /liliProficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products /liliMust have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie) /liliExperienced in operating software in a scalable manner /liliFluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively /liliAlignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how) /li /ulh3Bonus Skills and Experience /h3ulliProficiency in Python /liliExperience with hosting applications on Azure /liliFluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers /li /ulh3About Venta AI /h3pLucas and Stefan founded their first AI company seven years ago (later acquired) and, learning from that journey, launched Venta AI to build AI employees for sales teams.
