Senior Producer (remote or on-site, fulltime)

We are looking for a Senior Producer who will contribute to the entire lifecycle of HTML5 casual game development - from inception to live maintenance. As a key player, you'll lead the delivery of top-notch products, becoming an integral part of an agile, multidisciplinary, and creatively charged game development team.

Requirements

About the role:

As a Senior Producer at CoolGames, you take responsibility for delivering high-quality products. Your teamwork will be fundamental to the success of the products you work on.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating product decision-making & Scrum team rituals
• Leading and overseeing the entire game development process from concept to launch
• Leading project teams and some of the company’s activities
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintaining thorough documentation of project plans, decisions, and progress for reference and future analysis
• Maintaining open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

About you:

You are responsible, well-organized, structured, communicative, collaborative, and result-oriented. You are mature enough to act independently using common sense and consistently deliver expected results aligned with the company’s vision and goals. You see yourself as a strong team player.

The right candidate meets most of the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Producer or Project Management role for casual game development, preferably in mobile F2P or HTML5 markets
• Led teams of up to 30 people
• Worked on several casual games and can show your achievements
• Adept in agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum frameworks)
• Proficiency in modern project management tools and AI
• Analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply key development metrics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally (fluent in English)
• Strong presentation skills for conveying project updates and proposals to stakeholders
• Product and game design experience, understanding how to work with key game metrics are a huge plus
