Functie omschrijving
Als Inside Sales Medewerker biedt je binnen de B usiness U nit Network & Security sales- en administratieve ondersteuning in het offerte en orderproces. Samen met je Inside Sales collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle klanten op tijd hun gevraagde producten en diensten ontvangen. Bij het klantcontact komen je communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële kennis goed van pas en we vragen je om verkoopkansen te signaleren; Je bent klantgericht en hebt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen voor ogen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Managers van de b usiness u nit Network & Security
Functie inhoud
• Het opstellen van offerte aanvragen.
• Het verwerken van inkomende bestellingen.
• Vragen beantwoorden over prijzen en producten.
• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
• Proactief contact met de klant over lopende offerte aanvragen.
• Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met je accounts.
• Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie, zoals Creditmanagement en Customer Services.
• Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen.
Functie eisen
Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van of achtergrond in orderverwerking of verkoop- ondersteuning/ verkoopbinnendienst
Je beschikt over MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
Je werkt accuraat
Je bent klant- en servicegericht
Je bent flexibel en in staat prioriteit te stellen
