Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Specialist , you'll partner with business clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that support their growth. Through phone, email, video meetings, and other communication channels, you'll build long-term client relationships, drive sales performance, and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their goals and business needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend tailored products or services that add value.
• Conduct sales consultations through phone, email, video calls, and other communication channels.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate solutions, and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company offerings, industry developments, and competitive market trends through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills:  Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  
• Experience:  Sales Experience is a plus 
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
