Dan is dit misschien wel het perfecte stageadres voor jou!Novotel Amsterdam City is een groot hotel met 610 kamers, 17 vergaderruimtes, een fitnessruimte en een sauna. Werken bij Novotel Amsterdam City betekent dat je samenwerkt met ongeveer 19 collega's binnen de Front Office. Wat kun je verwachten?
Als Front Office stagiair(e) ben jij, samen met je collega’s, het eerste en laatste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Je checkt gasten in bij aankomst en uit bij vertrek. Uiteraard help je gasten ook tijdens hun verblijf in Novotel Amsterdam City en zorg je ervoor dat hun ervaring onvergetelijk wordt. Je blijft professioneel, maar er is zeker ook ruimte voor een goed gesprek met gasten én collega’s. Daarnaast beantwoord je vragen van gasten, of het nu gaat om de luchthaven of leuke activiteiten in Amsterdam. Je handelt ook telefoontjes en e-mails af en draagt bij aan de veiligheid in het hotel voor zowel gasten als medewerkers. Ben jij onze nieuwe stagiair(e)?

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand per 1 september 2026 die:
- Vloeiend Engels spreekt, bij voorkeur ook Nederlands; Extra talen zijn altijd een pré!
- Bereid is om ochtend- en avonddiensten te draaien (geen nachtdiensten);
- Gastvrij is, goed kan communiceren en stressbestendig is;
- Momenteel een opleiding volgt in de richting van hospitality.
Bij Novotel Amsterdam City bieden wij jou:
- Een stagevergoeding van €750 bruto per maand op basis van een 38-urige werkweek;
- Volledige vergoeding van je reiskosten wanneer je niet in het bezit bent van studentenov.
