Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. /p pFounded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 320 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system. /p h3What you're going to do /h3 pIn your role, you will be bridging the gap between product development, onsite customer application services, and sales. Helping the world’s leading chipmakers stay in control of their manufacturing processes, you will convince them of the capabilities of our cutting-edge atomic force microscopy (AFM) systems, demonstrating them on customer wafers, and contribute to RD to meet future needs. /p h3Your responsibilities include: /h3 ul liIdentifying our customer's metrology needs, for which you will work closely with marketing and sales colleagues and attend meetings with customers. /li liDemonstrating the capabilities of our products, performing measurements on customer wafers, and analyzing the data generated. /li liReporting and presenting your findings to our customers, showing the unique potential of our systems. /li liCreating measurement recipes in the customer fab, working closely with the customer. You will also conduct tests to ensure that specifications are met and train the engineers and operators of our customers. /li liWorking closely with colleagues in Development Engineering and RD to develop new measurement modes and metrology solutions, data processing algorithms, and improve user-friendliness and product performance. You will provide input based on your insights into our customers’ roadmaps, user experiences and needs. /li /ul h3Who you'll be working with /h3 pAs a rapidly growing scale-up, we have no closely defined boundaries or hierarchy. Leveraging your communication skills, you effortlessly interact with customers and colleagues to secure the best possible metrology solutions for each customer’s needs. You are prepared to occasionally work outside office hours, as you’ll be sharing our demo and product development tool. Suffice to say this flexibility is reciprocated, as part of our drive to support your work-life balance. /p h3You also have: /h3 ul liA PhD or MSc in Physics, Mechatronics, Material Engineering or another relevant subject. /li liExperience in developing or using of metrology tools in a manufacturing environment. /li liA good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing. /li liExperience or a keen interest in atomic force microscopy. Your ability to learn quickly will help you bridge any gaps you may have in your knowledge and skills. /li liExperience in coding in MATLAB, Python or other relevant languages for data analysis and visualisation geared to improving communication with clients and colleagues.
