As the Global Digital Innovation Manager , you will be pivotal in driving Logitech’s global eCommerce strategy execution, enabling best‑in‑class customer experiences, fostering innovation, and scaling operational capabilities across markets. With responsibility spanning from platform excellence to omnichannel growth strategy, you’ll lead a high‑performing team, enable global collaboration, and be a champion of shared learnings and best practices to drive results universally. Lead innovation projects and roadmap

In this role, you will spearhead key innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution post‑launch. This includes defining project roadmaps, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business impact. By combining innovative thinking with hands‑on execution, you will ensure each project achieves sustainable success and drives Logitech's eCommerce and omnichannel strategy forward.

Lead Rating & Reviews / UGC enablement initiatives

Maximize the capabilities and utilization of R&R/UGC solutions, by overseeing its integration across direct‑to‑consumer channels. Drive the end‑to‑end sampling process with Business Groups, enable UGC social proof campaigns at a global scale, and lead implementation initiatives for DTC channels. Manage the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews, and share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce impact.

Lead Guided Selling & Configurator Initiatives

Maximize the capabilities and utilization of guided selling and product configurator solutions by overseeing their integration across direct‑to‑consumer channels. Drive the end‑to‑end development of interactive product finders and digital selectors with Business Groups, enable personalized configuration experiences at a global scale, and lead implementation initiatives for DTC channels. Manage ongoing vendor relationships and quarterly business reviews, and share conversion insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce performance and simplify the customer purchase journey.

Enable The Roadmap For AI-Enabled Experiences

In this role, you will support the development and adoption of key AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s strategic priorities. You will contribute to the AI innovation roadmap, collaborating closely with cross‑functional and AI‑focused teams to identify use cases that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive measurable outcomes. By fostering a culture of AI adoption, you will enable teams to effectively integrate AI‑driven solutions, optimize processes, and unlock new value across the eCommerce ecosystem.

Enable Local eCommerce Excellence Execution

Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across both DTC and eTail channels. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address implementation challenges and support best practices sharing globally, ensuring consistency and optimization of regional strategies.

Elevate Team Capabilities

Actively manage and mentor a team of digital innovation specialists. Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture grounded in continuous learning and collaboration. Oversee vendor management processes, including onboarding, reviews, budget allocation, and vendor negotiations, with an emphasis on driving innovation. Lead team development through tailored training programs, knowledge‑sharing initiatives, and speaker engagements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Able to inspire, motivate, and influence teams while driving change and experimenting with new strategies to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• People Management Skills: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading and or influencing geographically and culturally diverse teams, with a hands‑on approach to leadership.
• 5–8 years of experience in Digital, Product or eCommerce roles, ideally with global or regional scope.
• Story teller with a knack for innovative thoughts and data saviness.
• Understanding of culturally nuanced communication styles and collaboration tools in diverse leadership settings.
• Multiple years of experience developing a team of professionals, preferably in a matrixed or global environment.
• Strategic and critical thinking with a results‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop others, with strong emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and innovate within eCommerce frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results.
• Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with user‑generated content strategies and tools like Bazaarvoice is highly valued.
