You'll work with leading technologies, visit diverse customer sites, and play a key role in shaping a business that's on track to double in size within the next five years-create strong opportunities for long-term career development. /p pbAbout the Role /b /p pIn this position, you'll support customers across key CPI segments- including Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, and Food Beverage- bringing technical insight, commercial awareness, and strong relationship-building skills. You'll collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing while representing Rotork at customer sites, events, and industry meetings throughout the region. /p pbWhat You'll Be Doing /b /p ul liBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Benelux region. /li liUnderstanding customer operations, technical needs, and long-term goals. /li liWorking closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements. /li liDelivering engaging demos and technical presentations that simplify complex technologies. /li liTracking market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities early. /li liPreparing accurate, compelling proposals and quotations. /li liProviding hands-on technical support, including product training for customers. /li liCollaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives. /li liTraveling throughout the region for customer visits, site assessments, and industry events. /liliKeeping CRM activities organized and up to date. /li liContinuously developing your technical knowledge and staying curious. /li /ul pbWhat You Bring /b /p ul liA bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar. /li li3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing technical role. /li liFamiliarity with CPI segments (e.g., Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, Food Beverage). /li liStrong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. /li liCommercial instincts, including negotiation and opportunity development. /li liConfident communication and presentation skills. /liliA track record of building long-term customer relationships. /li liAnalytical thinking paired with strong problem-solving skills. /li liComfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. /li liFluent in English, plus Dutch or French (either language is great-much of the work will take place in Belgium). /li liAlready based in the Benelux region, holding an EU passport or valid work permit. /li liWillingness to travel across the region. /li liSelf-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a team environment. /li liFlexible, open-minded, and ready to adapt quickly. /li /ul pStrong collaboration with the Sales Colleges in Germany, Product Management and Business Development. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
