Manager, Program Management

Genmab seeks a Manager, Program Management to support early-stage antibody drug development programs. The role coordinates cross-functional planning, governance, and reporting across nonclinical, translational, clinical, regulatory, and CMC activities from candidate nomination through IND/CTA-enabling and first-in-human studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans connecting nonclinical, translational, clinical, regulatory and CMC activities with CDTL and functional leads
• Partner with CDTL and eTM&R Lead to plan and facilitate global meetings, document decisions, and track action items
• Coordinate cross-functional preparation of program documents, presentations, and strategy reviews ensuring consistent information on progress and risks
• Track deliverables, clarify ownership, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues impacting program milestones
• Provide accurate, timely program reporting for leadership highlighting milestones, risks, and changes to development plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Working knowledge of drug development processes
• Practical project management experience in early-stage development
• Proficiency with project planning tools and integrated program planning
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience with risk management and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory pathways
