Research Associate, Analytical Method Development

Genmab seeks a Research Associate for its Analytical Method Development team in Utrecht to develop biochemical and molecular assays supporting manufacturing and quality control. The role is predominantly laboratory-based, with responsibilities including experimental execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration on multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor new assays with scientists and research associates
- Conduct experiments, interpret data, and document results for assigned studies
- Share findings with colleagues within team and across departments
- Identify improvements to method robustness, efficiency, and data quality
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in life science-related field
- At least one year hands-on laboratory experience in industry or academia
- Experience with binding assays (ELISA and SPR-based methods)
- Experience with impurity assays (dPCR, ELISA, HTRF-based)
- Knowledge of biochemical technologies (spectroscopy, capillary electrophoresis, HPLC)
- Basic statistical knowledge, preferably GraphPad or JMP proficiency
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Netherlands without permit
Compensation: EUR 38,760–58,140 annual base salary
