ph3HR Operations International Payroll Specialist /h3 pAs an HR Operations International Payroll Specialist at Ultimo, you play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations across our international organization. You are responsible for coordinating HR administration, supporting international payroll processes, maintaining employee data, and continuously improving HR processes and systems. /p pYou work closely with Finance, our external payroll provider, managers, and the wider HR team to ensure employees are supported throughout the employee lifecycle while maintaining high standards of compliance, data quality, and operational excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3HR Operations Employee Lifecycle /h3 ul liManage and coordinate HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. /li liEnsure accurate processing of employee contracts, amendments, personnel files, and HR documentation. /li liMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within our HRIS (HiBob). /li liExecute HR processes in line with internal policies and local employment legislation. /li /ul h3International Payroll /h3 ul liCoordinate monthly payroll processes across multiple countries together with Finance and external payroll provider (CloudPay). /li liEnsure all payroll input, including contract changes, salary adjustments, benefits, leave, and variable compensation, is accurate and submitted on time. /li liValidate payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies before payroll approval. /li liSupport payroll audits and ensure compliance with local legislation, tax, and social security requirements. /li liServe as the primary HR contact for payroll-related employee queries. /li /ul h3HR Systems, Data Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain and optimize HR systems, including HiBob, ensuring accurate employee data and efficient workflows. /li liMonitor HR data quality and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity. /li liPrepare HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and management information. /li liSupport automation and digitalization initiatives that improve HR efficiency and employee experience. /li /ul h3Compliance Process Improvement /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with employment legislation, internal controls, and company policies across multiple countries. /li liMaintain and improve HR procedures, templates, and operational documentation. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR and payroll processes. /li liParticipate in HR projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a similar operational HR role. /li liExperience coordinating payroll processes, preferably in an international environment. /li liKnowledge of HR administration, employment legislation, and payroll processes. /li liExperience working with HR systems such as HiBob or similar HRIS platforms. /li liStrong command of spoken and written Dutch and English. /li liAffinity with digitalization, process optimization, automation, and AI-driven ways of working. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. /li liHighly accurate and process-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. /li liStrong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring payroll deadlines. /li liProactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, external vendors, managers, and employees. /li liAble to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HR team. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liFull-time availability (32-40 hours per week). /li liAvailable to work from our Nunspeet office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday - Wednesday - Friday). /li /ul h3Preferred Education /h3 pA completed HBO degree or equivalent in: /p ul liHuman Resource Management /li liBusiness Administration /li liFinance or Payroll Administration /li liBusiness Economics /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
