Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you. /ph3About The Role /h3pAn exciting opportunity has arisen at UKG for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the North Region. You will be responsible for selling UKG's cloud-based HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll solutions to organizations with approximately 600–2,500 employees. /ppThis is a true end-to-end sales role, managing the complete sales cycle—from strategic outbound prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution positioning, executive engagement, commercial negotiation, and successful deal closure. Typical sales cycles range from 3 to 12 months, requiring strong account planning, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills. /ppYou’ll work closely with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against ambitious growth targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGenerate new business through strategic outbound prospecting and effective territory planning. /liliQualify, develop, and convert inbound and outbound opportunities into high-quality pipeline. /liliManage the complete sales process from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close. /liliBuild trusted relationships with business leaders, HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders. /liliUnderstand customer business challenges and align UKG's value proposition to their strategic priorities. /liliLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management. /liliDeliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals. /liliCollaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, Business Development, Partners, and Implementation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. /liliMaintain accurate opportunity management within Salesforce and drive predictable sales execution. /liliTravel as required across the North Region to meet customers, prospects, partners, and attend company events. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliFluent Dutch English speaker. /lili3+ years of successful end-to-end B2B software sales experience, ideally within SaaS, HCM, HR Technology, Payroll, or Workforce Management. /liliDemonstrated success in acquiring new logos and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. /liliStrong prospecting and business development skills with confidence in cold outreach and executive engagement. /liliExcellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities. /liliCommercially minded with strong business and financial acumen. /liliExperience managing multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously. /liliComfortable engaging senior decision-makers including HR Directors, CFOs, CIOs, and business executives. /liliHighly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a hunter mentality. /liliCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. /liliExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred. /li /ulh3Company Overview /h3pUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
