Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional who can lead the design, configuration, and administration of compensation programs while partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful reward strategies.

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing end-to-end compensation processes, driving system optimization, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Configure and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
• Design compensation plans, bonus structures, merit increase programs, and total rewards processes.
• Support and manage the full compensation cycle, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Perform data validation, budget modeling, and compensation analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
• Deliver user training, support adoption activities, and drive change management initiatives.
• Generate compensation and HR-related reports for managers and leadership teams.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay.
• 2-3+ end-to-end implementation projects in Compensation & Variable Pay.

Strong knowledge of:

• Variable Pay
• Merit Increases
• Bonus Planning
• Total Rewards Statements

Hands-on experience with:

• System configuration and troubleshooting
• Check Tool
• Managing SAP support tickets

Strong analytical skills with experience in:

• Data validation
• Budget modeling
• Complex reporting
• Experience delivering user training and change management activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Project coordination and implementation management experience.
• Exposure to Azure environments.
• Experience supporting high-availability solutions
