You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace - homeowners and tradespeople. This role reports to a Paid Search Director. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul lipOwn the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability. /p /li lipConduct in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS. /p /li lipPartner with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights. /p /li lipStay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth. /p /li lipLeverage AI tools and agents (e.g. Claude-based workflows, Google Ads Scripts automation) for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection to work more efficiently and surface insights faster. /p /li /ul pThis role gives you the chance to make a real impact while working in an environment that encourages innovation and data-driven experimentation.
