ph3About the job /h3pAs we accelerate our growth in the United States and Canada, we are looking for a Growth Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our growth marketing strategy for the US market. This is not a campaign execution role. You will build and run the growth engine behind DPW New York - using data, experimentation, automation, and performance marketing to grow our audience, drive ticket revenue, generate commercial pipeline, and strengthen DPW's position in the US procurement and supply chain ecosystem.br/ /ph3What you’ll own /h3ullipUS and Canada Growth Strategy /p /lilipOwn and execute the growth and performance marketing strategy for the US and Canadian market, with DPW New York as the primary commercial focus. /p /lilipDevelop an integrated audience acquisition strategy across paid, owned, organic, partnerships, outbound, and community channels. /p /lilipTranslate commercial targets into measurable marketing plans covering audience growth, ticket sales, sponsorship pipeline, and brand awareness. /p /lilipBuild targeted campaigns for key US audience segments, including CPOs, senior procurement executives, technology leaders, solution providers, startups, and other ecosystem stakeholders. /p /lilipIdentify new channels, partnerships, audiences, and acquisition opportunities that can accelerate DPW’s growth in North America. /p /lilipWork closely with Sales and Partnerships to ensure marketing activity translates into measurable pipeline and revenue. /ph3Performance Marketing Demand Generation /h3ullipOwn paid acquisition across channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and emerging channels. /p /lilipManage campaign budgets and continuously optimize spend based on CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and revenue. /p /lilipBuild sophisticated audience segmentation and account-based campaigns targeting priority companies and decision-makers. /p /lilipDevelop full-funnel campaigns from awareness and engagement through registration, conversion, and commercial opportunity. /p /lilipContinuously test creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, offers, and channels to improve performance. /p /li /ul /lih3Funnel, Data Revenue Attribution /h3ullipOwn marketing performance measurement across the complete funnel – from first touch through MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won. /p /lilipBuild and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, conversion, CAC, ROAS, pipeline, and revenue attribution. /p /lilipEnsure tracking across HubSpot, Google Analytics, advertising platforms, email, website, social, and other acquisition channels is accurate and actionable. /p /lilipIdentify funnel leakage and work across Marketing and Sales to improve conversion at every stage. /p /lilipMove DPW towards increasingly sophisticated, SaaS-style growth and attribution practices. /p /li /ulh3Marketing Automation Growth Operations /h3ullipBuild scalable marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, n8n, Salesflow, and other low-code or AI-enabled platforms. /p /lilipDevelop automated nurture journeys based on audience behaviour, engagement, intent, and funnel stage. /p /lilipImprove lead routing, segmentation, scoring, attribution, and lifecycle management. /p /lilipIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to increase marketing productivity and campaign effectiveness. /p /lilipCreate repeatable growth processes that can scale across DPW New York, DPW Amsterdam, and future DPW initiatives. /p /li /ulh3Experimentation Conversion /h3ullipBuild a structured experimentation roadmap across campaigns, landing pages, email, website, messaging, pricing moments, and conversion journeys. /p /lilipRun A/B and multivariate tests and turn results into clear recommendations and actions. /p /lilipContinuously improve registration and lead-generation journeys to reduce friction and increase conversion. /p /lilipDevelop clear hypotheses, measure results, and scale what works. /p /li /ulh3EMEA Growth Support /h3pWhile your primary ownership will be the US market, you will also act as a growth and performance marketing expert across the wider DPW business. /p /ulh3About you /h3ullipExperience: 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, events, media, marketplaces, or another high-growth environment. /p /lilipUS market experience: You understand how to acquire and engage B2B audiences in the United States and can translate market dynamics into effective campaigns. /p /lilipCommercial mindset: You think beyond impressions, clicks, and leads. You understand that marketing ultimately needs to contribute to pipeline and revenue. /p /lilipPaid acquisition expertise: You have hands‑on experience managing and scaling campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels. /p /lilipHubSpot expertise: You are highly comfortable using HubSpot for segmentation, automation, lifecycle management, attribution, reporting, and campaign performance. /p /lilipFull-funnel thinking: You understand the complete customer journey and have experience measuring and optimizing funnels from acquisition through to Closed Won. /p /lilipAnalytical: You are comfortable working with data, building dashboards, identifying patterns, and translating insights into action. /p /lilipAutomation-first: You enjoy finding smarter ways of working and have experience with tools such as HubSpot workflows, n8n, Salesflow, Zapier, or similar platforms. /p /lilipExperimental: You naturally ask, “How can we test this?” You are comfortable running experiments, learning quickly, and scaling successful tactics. /p /lilipCollaborative: You can work effectively across Sales, Partnerships, Content, Design, Data, and senior leadership. /p /lilipEntrepreneurial: You are comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and moving quickly.
