Experience

Work experience in customer service/client facing positions
Project Management: experience in managing business critical projects
Consultancy: experience in consulting, advising corporations in realizing the business case of their software investments
Service Delivery: experience in implementing, configuring and supporting software solutions

Technical Knowledge

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and technologies (i.e. Radio Frequency; Voice Picking;…)
In-depth experience in SAP EWM and SAP Logistics configuration and integration with other modules
Being EWM certified is a plus

Your profile

Advise our customers in their warehouse and logistics business processes
Analyze customer requirements, blueprint and configure the necessary SAP modules in EWM and other modules
Write functional and technical specifications, test scripts and user manuals
Help in pre-sales activities when requested
Maintain extensive knowledge of the SAP EWM and Logistics modules, and share that knowledge with your colleagues
Develop long-term relationships with your client portfolio, to ensure a win-win situation for client and company, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization
