GLOBAL CATEGORY SENIOR BUYER – TPM
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Coty as a Global Category Senior Buyer role to empower strategic impact across global beauty sourcing, driving innovation and value creation within a world‑class procurement organization.
As our Global Category Senior Buyer - TPM , you are responsible for strategy, sourcing excellence, and value creation.
You build strong cross‑functional collaboration, develop forward‑looking market intelligence, negotiate key agreements, and ensure sustainable value creation aligned with Coty’s procurement objectives.
Translate complex market data into clear insights and recommendations.
Partner with R&D, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain to enable innovation and operational excellence.
The team consists of a Global Procurement community, and you will work closely with departments such as R&D, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain.
Working in the team, you will experience a culture of support, agility, and shared ownership.
As an experienced procurement professional, you collaborate effectively, stay organized, communicate with clarity, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment. Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex data.
Excel in negotiation and supplier relationship management.
