You will spearhead projects related to KYC, CDD, AML and Compliance in financial institutions, make an impact, be influential and deliver a distinct value proposition with sustainable solutions. You’ll be a trusted manager and change consultant to clients and colleagues, keep updated and apply knowledge on sanctions regulations and tooling, and impart knowledge and coach juniors for a brighter consultancy future. Being a true team player and having a strong sense of ownership.

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant fiel (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration)

• 6-12 years of expertise in the financial sector, preferably consulting;
• Strong background in KYC/CDD/AML/Compliance;
• Proven ability in leading teams and mentoring juniors;

Excellent communication and presenting skills in English;

You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and recognise new commercial opportunities to help ACE grow.
