Finance/Payroll Manager

As a Finance Manager you will build and run the financial backbone of Intelic as we scale across Europe. You take ownership of our financial operations from daily processes to the monthly close and ensure that Intelic and its subsidiaries operate with precision and reliability. Working closely with the CFO you help shape our accounting policies strengthen our internal controls and raise the overall maturity of our financial function.
You will bridge technical accounting with real-world execution designing lean processes improving systems and preparing Intelic for automation and finance-AI tooling. Your work enables audit readiness supports governance and compliance and ensures that our teams can move fast without compromising financial this role you will directly contribute to Intelics ability to scale responsibly and sustainably.
Embed proper financial controls and analyses within assigned responsibility areas and maintain a reliable internal reporting cadence
Increase awareness of expense discipline and manage the expenses within Intelic and its subsidiary
Provides support in managing the technical accounting of commerical projects and contracts
Implement and maintains the accounting policies of Intelic and its subsidiaries in line with applicable GAAP and drafting of position papers for significant accounting transactions
Responsible for the (day-to-day) finance operations such as managing the accounts receivables accounts payables fixed assets banking transactions payroll administration preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
Responsible for preparing and filing timely tax reporting and tax payments
Coordinate with the external accountant on statutory accounts and audits (when applicable)
Supports the CFO in cashflow management budget and forecast planning preparation of weekly/monthly reporting towards the Leadership Team of Intelic shareholders and external stakeholders

You are a hands-on senior finance professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and is comfortable building structure as we scale
Senior experience in finance accounting and FP&A ideally in a tech or software environment
Experience improving and implementing finance tooling (ERP bookkeeping automation dashboards) and automated solutions
Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS accounting policies
Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
