The TD SYNNEX Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence Europe is a team of technology experts and certified solution architects supporting European partners with design, architecture, and technical enablement . The team combines deep expertise in hybrid cloud, industry best practices, and modern IT architectures to accelerate digital transformation and meet partners' business and technical objectives.

This role supports partners and internal teams across Europe, with a strong focus on technical presales, partner enablement, and driving solution adoption. Support the design of Red Hat virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions that meet customer and partner requirements .

Provide technical presales support for complex offerings, including solution design, RFX responses, proposals, and PoCs.

Deliver technical enablement sessions (virtual or onsite) for priority partners across Europe.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and promote standardized hybrid cloud and virtualization solutions .

Maintain strong technical relationships with Red Hat engineering and presales teams.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience .

• Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud migration, hybrid infrastructures, or on‑prem virtualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver polished technical messaging.
• Strong commercial awareness and capability to support professional customer engagements.
• Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, distributors, and vendor engagement (preferred).
