Bij TopTaal zoeken we een Manager HR die de koers uitzet én uitvoerbaar maakt. Jij bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de HR-afdeling.. Strategisch HR-beleid ontwikkelen én verankeren
Je vertaalt de koers van TopTaal naar HR-beleid dat werkt: toekomstbestendig, inclusief en data-gedreven.
Je stuurt het HR-team (3 FTE) aan en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor hun resultaten.
Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de teamleider docentencoördinatoren (die op haar beurt 6 fte aanstuurt). Jouw focus ligt op het HR-vakgebied, de teamleider DC’s zorgt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de DC’s. HR-processen optimaliseren en digitaliseren
Je jaagt de verdere digitalisering aan van o.a. onboarding, verzuimbeheer en payroll.
Je werkt met systemen als Nmbrs en Recruitee en zorgt dat HR-administratie én -processen logisch, snel en foutloos verlopen.
En in september starten we met de implementatie van AFAS HR & Payroll, waarbij we per 1 januari 2026 live zullen gaan.
Je brengt HR-data en -inzichten in om beslissingen te onderbouwen — van formatievraagstukken tot organisatieontwikkeling.
Jouw stempel op het HR-beleid – Geen beleidsnotities die onderin een la verdwijnen, maar echt bouwen.
Team aansturen én ontwikkelen – Je leidt niet alleen een team, je tilt ze ook naar een hoger niveau.
Werk met maatschappelijke impact – Bij TopTaal werk je mee aan een samenleving waarin taal kansen creëert.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende HR-rol
Kennis van arbeidsrecht, verzuim, digitale HR-processen en organisatieontwikkeling
25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. fulltime (met de mogelijkheid extra dagen bij te kopen)
